The Look
Loas reads as a statement surface. The branching, network-like veining is more dramatic than a classical Carrara or Calacatta, with warm taupe-gold tones that stop it feeling cold. It is at its best on islands, waterfall ends and full-height splashbacks where the patterning can be seen as a continuous composition.

Is Loas heat resistant?
It handles moderate heat well, but the resin matrix can scorch or discolour under sudden extreme heat. Always use a trivet for cookware taken directly from a hob, oven or grill.
Does Loas stain?
In normal use, no. The surface is non-porous, so liquids wipe straight off. For stubborn dried marks, use Bar Keeper’s Friend Power Cream as detailed in our care guide.
Can Loas be used for splashbacks and islands?
Yes. Loas is particularly well suited to statement islands and full-height splashbacks where the dramatic veining can be appreciated.
